who on account of being on duty on the day of poll in the current general

election to Legislative Assembly of Goa scheduled to be notified on

21-01-2022, will not be able to be present in their respective polling station,

as a class of persons to give vote by postal ballot in the said general election

as per the provisions of Part-IIIA of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, as

amended vide Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India, Notification,

SO No. 3786(E), dated 22nd October, 2019, and directions and guidelines

issued by the Election Commission, in this behalf.
