In pursuance of the powers conferred by item (i) of sub-clause (d) of clause 2 of the Kerosene
(Restriction on use and Fixation of Ceiling Price) Order, 1993 and in the supersession of the
Government Notification No. DCS/S/KER/PF/2021-22/301 dated 21-12-2021, published in the
Official Gazette, Series I No. 40 dated 30-12-2021. The Government of Goa hereby prescribes the
maximum wholesale and retail price for domestic purpose of Superior Kerosene Oil as stated
here under:—
