Government of Goa expresses profound sorrow on the sad demise of Kumari

Lata Mangeshkar, at Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai on 6th February, 2022.

As a mark of respect to the departed dignitary, State Mourning will be

observed throughout the State of Goa from 06-02-2022 to 08-02-2022.

During the period of State Mourning the National Flag will fly at Half Mast

on all the buildings throughout the State of Goa where it is flown regularly

and there will be no official entertainment on these days.
