universal equal heirs of the said deceased

Bernardino Gregorio Eleuterio Da Costa and that

there does not exist any person according to law

in force may have a legal right of succession or

preemption in the said succession of would claim

jointly with the said heir a share in the inheritance

left by the said deceased.
