for Inspection and Approval for energization of the following services:

renewal annually.

Application for inspection and issue of approval for energization of High Tension and related

Equipment’s and renew periodically thereafter.

4.

Application for inspection and issue of approval for energization of DTC and renew periodically

thereafter.
