Trade Act, 1982, I, Ganesh R. Teli, Prescribed

Authority (South), hereby remove the name of

Clacent Guest House, located at H. No. 74/1, (D)

and 74/1(E), Grand Vanelim, Colva, Salcete, South-

Goa, from the register of South Goa Hotel Keeper,

the aforesaid Act, as Clarina Fernandes (Proprietor)

has ceased to operate the said Guest House in her

premises.

Consequently, the Certificate of Registration

bearing No. 3173 (Old) and Certificate No.

HOTS000178 (New) of D Category issued under the

said Act stands cancelled.

The Secretary Village Panchayat Thivim, Bardez-

Goa is directed to rectify and increase the thickness

of the existing rumbler strips as per IRC guidelines

to reduce the speed of vehicles at “T” junction.

The Secretary Village Panchayat Thivim, Bardez

is also directed to publish this notification through

the Director of Information and Publicity in

newspapers and P.W.D to make necessary

arrangements to erect the sign boards at the places

indicated above as per the specification laid down

by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways

and as published in the Official Gazette by the

Government of Goa and report compliance within

thirty days time.
