Relinquishment of Rights dated 12th May, 2022

That Guilherme Inacio Ildefonso Dias died on
17th day of November of the year two thousand
four (2004) at St. Estevam and on 30th day of July
of the year two thousand twenty one (2001) his
wife Prisca Sebastiana Afonso, died at St. Estevam,
without making any Will or any other testamentary
dispostion declaration of their last wish, leaving
behind them their two children their legal heirs
(1) Mr. Lindon Jose Dias, son of late Guilherme
Dias, aged about 45 years, married, Indian National
and his wife (2) Mrs. Frina Savia Dias, wife of Lindon
Dias, aged 43 years, married, Indian National, both
residents of House No. 372, Foro, St. Estevam, taluka,
Tiswadi-Goa (3) Mrs. Nora Sabita Conceicao Dias,
aged 52 years, daughter of late Guilherme Dias
married to (4) Mr. Joven Monte Fernandes, son of
late Jose Antonio Fernandes, both residents of
House No. 716, Bairo Mangueiral, Jua St. Estevam
Taluka Tiswadi, that they the declarants are fully
aware about the facts sttaed above and are not
related to the deceased persons qualified by this
deed and that they have no interest in making the
present statement, except that of testifying the
truth, which statement they make on oath, with
perfect knowledge, affirm and confirm, for all legal
purposes and upon their entire responsibility for
consequences which they are fully aware of the
declarants further confirm that persons listed at
Sr. No. 1,2,3,4 are the sole heirs/successors of their
deceased parents and besides them, there is no
other person or persons whom according to may
have preference over them or who may concur
along with them to the estate left by the said
deceased parents. There does not exist any other
person or persons who according to the prevailing
law in force in the State of Goa may have a legal
right of succession or would prefer in the said
succession or would concur to the inheritance left
behind by said deceased persons.
Any person having objection to this deed may
file in this office within one month from the date
of its publication.
