In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries

(Regulation) Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of

the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and

section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897,

the Government of Goa hereby rescinds the

following Government Notification w.e.f.

01-10-2022 onwards, namely:—

1) 1-174-2021-22/Part-III/DSSL/3160 dated

23rd December, 2021, published in Official

Gazette, Extraordinary No. 2, Series I No. 39

dated 27th December, 2021.
