Sub.:- Merger of 2/3rd of the Indian National Congress Legislature Party (“INC”)

into Bhartiya Janata Party (“BJP”) is hereby published for information of the Hon’ble

Members.

Whereas, communication dated 14th September, 2022 has been addressed informing

that 2/3rd of the MLAs of the Indian National Congress Legislature Party (“INC”) in

the Goa Legislative Assembly has merged into the Bhartiya Janata Party (“BJP”)

namely Shri Michael V. Lobo, Shri Digambar Kamat, Shri Aleixo Sequeira, Shri Sankalp

Amonkar, Smt. Delilah M. Lobo, Shri Kedar J. Naik, Shri Rajesh Faldessai and Shri

Rodolfo L. Fernandes, MLAs.

Therefore, Hon’ble Speaker has taken note of the same and accordingly, seats are

allotted to these Members as members of Bhartiya Janata Party in the House.
