Trade Act, 1982, I, Shri Rajesh Kale, Prescribed
Authority, hereby remove the name of “Go Goa
Tourism” C/o Shri Gajanan Ladu Mandrekar, situated
at H. No. 1061, Sim waddo, Anjuna, Bardez-Goa,
bearing travel agency No. TRAN000127 maintained
under the aforesaid Act, as Shri Gajanan Ladu
Mandrekar has ceased to operate the said travel

The Executive Engineer, Works Division XVIII
(Road), P.W.D, Ponda-Goa, shall take necessary action
for erection of speed breakers and cautionary
signboards proposed for installation at near Pramod
Naik’s House at Desaibhat Adpoi, near Primary
School, Chikali Agapur-Goa as per the annexed
sketch and to submit compliance report within 30
days. The sign boards as specified in the Seventh
Schedule under the Goa Motor Vehicles
(Amendment) Rules, 2005, shall be located 40 meters
in advance of the speed breakers and at the
placement of the speed breakers.
The speed breakers shall be constructed as per
the specifications laid down by the Ministry of Road
Transport & Highways and as published in the
Official Gazette Series I No. 15 dated 15th July,
2005 by the Government of Goa. The speed breakers
shall be painted with alternate black and white
color to give additional visual warnings. The speed
breakers shall also be painted in luminous paint/
/strips and/or embedded with cat-eyes.
Non compliance of the order, amounts to be an
offence u/s 188 of I.P.C., 1860.
