In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3

of the India International University of Legal Education and Research

of the Bar Council of India Trust at Goa Act, 2021 (Goa Act 16 of

2021)”, the Government of Goa hereby appoints 15th day of September,

2022 from which date the India International University of Legal

Education and Research at Goa has been established and incorporated

and has started functioning.
