By virtue of the powers conferred upon me under
Section 10(1) (a) of the Goa Registration of Tourist
Trade Act, 1982, I, Shri Ganesh R. Teli, Prescribed
Authority (South), hereby remove the name of
Liston Mansion, located at H. No. 43/4, Copelvaddo,
Sernabatim, Colva, Salcete, South-Goa, from the
register of South Goa Hotel Keeper, register No.
D-6 vide page No. 21 maintained under the aforesaid
Act, as Mrs. Maria Angelina Goes Fernandes has
ceased to operate the said Guest House in her
premises as her husband Sebastiao Rosario
Fernandes has expired.
Consequently, the Certificate of Registration
bearing No. 2977 (Old) and Certificate No.
HOTS000272 (New) of D Category issued under the
said Act stands cancelled.

showing the sign “Zebra Crossing” at the
placement of the Zebra Crossing in order to
regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Commissioner, Corporation of the City of
Panaji, Panaji-Goa is directed to publish this
notification through the Director of Information and
Publicity in local newspapers and P.W.D.
(Engineering Cell) to make necessary arrangements
to paint the Zebra Crossing and to erect the
signboards at the places indicated above as per
the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways and as published in the
Official Gazette by the Government of Goa and
report compliance within thirty days time.
