The Goa Ferries (Amendment) Act, 2022

AN

ACT

to amend the Goa Ferries Act, 1990 (Goa No.

Act 9 of 1990).

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly

of Goa in the Seventy-third Year of the Republic

of India as follows:—

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) This

Act may be called the Goa Ferries (Amendment)

Act, 2022.

EXTRAORDINARY

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2. Amendment of section.— In section 10 of

the Goa Ferries Act, 1990 (Goa Act No. 9 of

1990), sub-section (2) thereof shall be omitted.

Regularisation of Unauthorized Construction

(Amendment) Act, 2023 (Goa Act 2 of 2023),

the Government of Goa hereby appoints the

24th day of February, 2023 as the date on

which the provisions of the said Act shall

come into force.
