In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Goa

(Regulation of Land Development and

Building Construction) (Amendment) Act,

2023 (Goa Act 5 of 2023), the Government of

Goa hereby appoints the 2nd day of March,

2023, as the date on which the provisions of

the said Act shall come into force.
