The following quantities of IMFL & Country liquor are confiscated goods in favour of Government

which will be auctioned in the premises of Excise station, Ponda Taluka at 3.00 p.m. on 17-03-2023 to the

bidders who offer the highest price.

Only license liquor vendors will be allowed to participate in the auction. The successful bidders will

have to pay the bidding price immediately. The Government however, reserves the right to reject the bid

without assigning any reason thereof. The bid will be final only after the approval by the Commissioner

of Excise, Panaji. For further details please contact, the Excise Inspector, Excise Station, Ponda taluka

during office hours (contact No. 0832-2312162).

Rule 264-A of the Goa Motor Vehicles (Amendment)

Rules, 2005, I, A. Asvin Chandru, District Magistrate,

South-Goa, Margao in public interest do hereby

notify the “Rumble Strips” and traffic signages as

indicated in schedule below and also direct

cautionary signboards demarcating the location for

the visibility of the road users for the purpose of

regulating motor vehicle traffic.

thermoplastic paint, fixing of cat eyes, as per IRC

specifications laid down by the Ministry of Road,

Transport and Highways and as published in the

Official Gazette, Series I No. 15 dated 15th July,

2005 by the Government of Goa. The signboards

shall be installed as per specifications laid in the

Seventh Scheduled under the Goa Motor Vehicle

(Amendment) Rules, 2005 & shall be located 40

meters in advance of the Rumble Strips and at the

placement of the Rumble Strips.

Action taken report including photographs of

the work executed must be submitted to this office

within 30 days.

Non-compliance of order shall attract penal

provision u/s 188 of I.P.C., 1860.

of thermoplastic luminous paint/strips, median

markings for better visibility, guidance of motorists

and embedded cat-eyes as per IRC specifications

laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways as published in the Official Gazette, Series I

No. 15 dated 15th July, 2005 by the Government of

Goa. The signboards shall be installed as per

specifications laid in the scheduled under the Goa

Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2005 and shall

be located 40 meters in advance of the first speed

breaker and the placement of the speed breaker.

Action taken report including photographs of

the work executed must be submitted to this office

within 30 days.

Non-compliance of order shall attract penal

of Goa may prefer the estate left by the deceased

persons.

force in this State of Goa may prefer the estate left
