Smt. Merian Piedade Fernandes, Mr. Cajetan Manuel

De Souza, Miss Eliza De Souza, Mrs. Jeneet Piedade

Fernandes and Mr. Paulo Caitano Lobo are therefore

qualified as the sole and universal legal heir of the

deceased person late Kennedy John Fernandes and

besides the above mentioned surviving legal heirs

there being no on else or any other person or

persons who according to the Law of Succession

prevailing in the State of Goa, could prefer or could

prefer or concur the said successors or may have

a better claim to the estate/inheritance left by the

said deceased person. Goa are her universal heirs/

/representatives, the sole and exclusive heirs and

successors of the aforesaid deceased persons and

that there does not exist any other person or

persons who according to the prevailing law in

force in the State of Goa may have a legal right of

succession or would prefer in the said succession
