In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Goa Rural

Improvement and Welfare Cess Act, 2000

(Goa Act 29 of 2000) (hereinafter referred to

as the “said Act”), and all other powers

enabling it in this behalf, the Government of

Goa hereby amends the Schedule-I appended

to the said Act, as follows, namely:—

In the Schedule-I appended to the said Act,

against the entry at serial number 13A, after

item (xi), the following items shall be inserted,

namely:—

“(xii) Rock Phosphate.

(xiii) Caustic Soda.

(xiv) Bitumin.

(xv) Urea.”.

This notification shall come into force on

the date of its publication in the Official

Gazette.
