In exercise of the powers conferred on me under

Section 115 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and as

recommended by the Dy. Superintendent of Police

(Traffic), Panaji, I, Mamu Hage, IAS, District

Magistrate, North Goa hereby notify the places

side of the road at the placement of the Speed

Breaker in order to regulate the motor vehicular

traffic.

The Sarpanch/Secretary, Village Panchayat Parra,

Bardez-Goa, is directed to publish this notification

through the Director of Information and Publicity

in newspapers and P. W. D. to make necessary

arrangements to erect the signboards at the places

indicated above as per the specification laid down

Breakers and P.W.D. (Engineering Cell) to erect the

(1) Every contesting bidder other than applicant
