Sub.: Filling up of the post of President and

Additional President, Goa Administrative

Tribunal.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates

for filling up of one post of President and Additional

President, Administrative Tribunal, Goa, in the pay

scale of Rs. 51550-1230-58930-1380-63070/-.

Essential Qualification and age limit:-

(a) A judicial officer of seven years standing;

(b) An advocate of not less than seven years

standing having knowledge of Konkani, knowledge

of Marathi being desirable;

Joint Secretary in the Law Department of

Government of Goa, for not less than three years:

Provided that the appointee under clause (a) shall

be appointed on deputation from the Goa Judicial

Panaji, 21st April, 2023 (Vaisakha 1, 1945)

EXTRAORDINARY

Service and shall be governed by the service

conditions applicable to the Goa Judicial Service:

Provided further that the appointees under

clauses (b) and (c) shall not be less than 40 years

of age, who shall be on probation for a period of

two years and shall be governed by the service

conditions as applicable to Group ‘A’ Officer of the

Government of Goa and shall carry a pay scale and

allowances as admissible to the District Judge from

time to time. The applications on plain paper along

with biodata affixing a passport size photograph

alongwith the self-attested copies of documents in

support of the required qualifications must be sent

to the Under Secretary (Establishment), Law

(Establishment) Department, Government of Goa,

Secretariat, Porvorim, Bardez-Goa 403521, on or

before 31-05-2023 during office hours. The

applications received after due date shall not be

entertained.

N.B: The President/Additional President shall hold

office until they attain the age of sixty years.
