Linking of Aadhar card number to the Bank
Account for release of financial assistance
under Dayanand Social Security scheme.
Note:- There is one Supplement & one Extraordinary
to the Official Gazette, Series III No. 31 dated
02-11-2023 as follows:
1. Supplement dated 03-11-2023 from pages 1523 to
1536 regarding Notifications from Department of
Finance (Goa State Lottaries).
2. Extraordinary dated 07-11-2023 from pages 1537
to 1538 regarding Order from Department of Home.
The Directorate of Social Welfare is implementing
a scheme viz. “Dayanand Social Security Scheme”,
with an objective to provide financial assistance to
the most vulnerable section of society which
includes senior citizen, single women/widow,
persons with disabilities and HIV/AIDs patient.
In order to smooth functioning of the above
mentioned scheme and hassle free disbursal of
financial assistance, Government has decided to
adopt the method of Aadhar Based Payment System
(ABPS) of financial assistance to the beneficiaries.
In view of above, Saving Accounts linked with
Aadhar Number shall only be accepted alongwith
fresh application forms at this Directorate in future.
Further, all the existing beneficiaries are
requested to link their Bank Accounts to their
Aadhar card Number within a period of 03 months
from the date of this Circular, failing which the
financial assistance shall be suspended till the
linkage of Aadhar number to the Bank Account.

Speed Breakers” on the above locations along and
road markings of thermoplastic luminous paint/
/strips and embedded cat-eyes as per IRC
specifications laid down by the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highway vide notification No. D.Tpt/
/EST/1654/2005 dated 15th July, 2005 as published
in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 15 dated 15th
July, 2005 by the Government of Goa. The
signboards shall be installed as per specifications
laid in the scheduled under the Goa Motor Vehicles
(Amendment) Rules, 2005.
Action taken report including photographs of
the work executed must be submitted to this office
within 30 days.
Non compliance of order shall attract penal
provisions under section 188 of I.P.C., 1860.
