a meeting of the delegates of all the Comunidades
has been convened on 14th January, 2024 at 10.00
a.m. at NIO Auditorium, Dona Paula, Goa in order to
discuss the matters of general interest pertaining
to the Comunidades to foster its progress and
propose to the Government some measures to be
taken in this connection.

notification through the Director of Information and
Publicity in newspapers and P.W.D. to make
necessary arrangements to erect the signboards at
the places indicated above as per the specification
laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways and as published in the Official Gazette
by the Government of Goa and report compliance
within thirty days time.

47. I, Mr. Sudesh V. Jalmi, son of late Vasu Jalmi,
major in age, married, Indian National, resident of
H. No. 64 (3), Namaswada, Cuncoliem, Mardol,
Ponda-Goa, do hereby solemnly state on oath as

1. That I have send legal notice dated 8-12-2023
to one of the partner Mr. Lolu @ Paresh Prakash
Naik calling upon him to sign the dissolution
of partnership deed within 10 days and in
failure it will be considered as the said deed
being dissolved or null and void.
2. That since 2017 onwards partnership business
has been stopped in all aspect and thereafter
there is no existence of said partnership
business, beside paper registration before Sub
Registrar of Panaji.
3. That the time limit of 10 days has been lapsed,
therefore as per condition in the said deed the
notice has to be published in Office Gazette
and local newspaper.
4. That by way of legal notice Mr. Lolu @ Paresh
Prakash Naik, has been given time period for
signing dissolution deed of partnership within
a period of 10 days and in failure to sign it will
be treated as said partnership be considered as
dissolved for all purpose or same will be null
and void in the eyes of law.
5. That I have sworn this Notice before the Notary
Public in order to submit the same in the office
of Goa Printing Office, Government of Goa at
Panaji for publication in Goa Official Gazette.
