In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Commissioner under Clause (b) of sub-

-rule (1) of Rule 9 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with Section 25

of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), I, the undersigned,

Commissioner do hereby authorise the Dy. Commissioner of State Tax (GST), to exercise

said powers to provide approval for conducting physical verification of place of

business before granting registration.
