In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries

(Regulation) Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of

the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and

section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897,

the Government of Goa hereby rescinds the

following Government Notification w.e.f.

04-03-2024 onwards, namely:—

1) 1-174-2020-21/DSSL/691 dated 22nd

August, 2022, published in Official Gazette,

Extraordinary No. 2, Series I No. 20 dated

22nd August, 2022.
