Whereas, as part of safety and security measures
which are required to be taken during the G20
meeting in Goa i.e. the 3rd Development Working
Group (DWG) Meeting and related events,
scheduled to be held in the State of Goa on
08-05-2023 to 11-05-2023.
And whereas, the Deputy Superintendent of
Police Security, has informed that the Cidade De
Goa Resort, Dona Paula-Goa, is going to host a
meeting and Gala dinner programme along the
beach side for the protected persons/delegates of
foreign countries on 08-05-2023 and 09-05-2023.
Now, therefore, in view of the above, I, Mamu
Hage, IAS, District Magistrate North Goa District in
exercise of powers vested to me under section 144
of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, do hereby
Order that:
a) To prohibit movement of general public and
closure of local path way leading to the Cidade
De Goa Beach Chances Resort and Casino-An
Note:- There is one Extraordinary & one Supplement
to the Official Gazette, Series III No. 5 dated
04-05-2023 as follows:
1. Extraordinary dated 04-05-2023 from pages 135
to 136 regarding Order from Department of Home.
2. Supplement dated 08-05-2023 from pages 137 to
148 regarding Notifications from Department of
Finance (Goa State Lotteries).

to 10:00 hrs. on 10-05-2023.
b) To prohibit flying of drones upto 2 kms. radius
around the Cidade De Goa Resort/Beach, Dona
Paula-Goa.
Since it is not possible to serve individual notices
to all persons concerned, this order is being passed
ex parte. Any person, who contravenes this order
shall be liable for punishment in accordance with
the provisions of the law. The Deputy
Superintendent of Police, Security, Altinho, Panaji
Goa shall ensure compliance with this order. The
PWD department is directed to assist police in
erecting view cutter, barricades as per requirements
of the Deputy Superintendent of Police Security,
Altinho, Panaji-Goa.
This order will be in force from 16:00 hrs. on
09-05-2023 to 10:00 hrs. on 10-05-2023.

Fidelina Esperanca Rodrigues as his moiety sharer
and his children namely, (one) Tessy D’souza and
(two) Mr. Cedroy D’Souza married to Alisha
Fernandes as his sole and universal heirs. Threafter
Mr. Estevam Mauricio de Souza, died on sixteenth
July two thousand thirteen at H. No. 62, Igramol
Deao, Quepem-Goa, died intestate, without
executing Will or any other disposition of their last
wish, but leaving behind his wife Smt. Veronica Po
alias Veronica D’Souza as his moiety sharer and his
children namely, (one) Miss Sherol de Souza and
(two) Mrs. Shanel Frazia de Souza married to Veranus
Remedian Ribeiro as his sole and universal heirs.
Thereafter Mr. Carlito Pascoal de Souza, died on
twenty seventh March two thousand eighteen at
Igramol, Ouepem-Goa, died intestate without
executing Will or any other disposition of his last
wish but leaving behind his wife Smt. Filomena
Fernandes alias Filomena D’Souza alias Filomena
de Souza as his moiety sharer and his only child
namely, Dan D’Souza married to Melba Andrita
Rodrigues as his sole and universal heir. That they
the declarants are perfectly aware of all the facts
stated by them above as they are in close contact
and good harmony with the family of the deceased
and therefore they affirm confirm and declare for
all legal purpose and intents that upon the death
