In exercise of the powers conferred on me under

Section 112 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and

Rule 264A of the Motor Vehicles Rules, 1991 as

amended in 2005 and as recommended by the

Dy. Supdt. of Police, Traffic (North), Panaji-Goa and

the Executive Engineer, WD.XXIII, PWD, Bicholim-

-Goa I, Dr. Sneha S. Gitte, IAS, District Magistrate,

North Goa hereby notify erection of “Speed Breaker/

/Rumblers” at the places mentioned in column No.

2 of the schedule herein below within the

jurisdiction of Village Panchayat Pale-Cothambi in

Bicholim Taluka.

side of the speed breaker in advance of the rumbler

strips and traffic signboard showing the sign

“Speed Breaker/Rumblers” at the placement of the

speed breaker in order to regulate the motor

The Secretary, Village Panchayat Pale-Cothambi,

Bicholim is directed to publish this notification

through the Director of Information and Publicity

in local newspapers and P.W.D. (Engineering Cell)

to make necessary arrangements to construct the

speed breaker and to erect the signboards at the

places indicated above as per the specification laid

down by the Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways and as published in the Official Gazette,

Series I No. 15 dated 15-07-2005 by the Government

of Goa and report compliance within thirty days

time.

Notice is hereby given that the list of registered

practitioners in Form 13 as on 31-12-2023 in terms

of Section 21(1) and Rules 96 & 97 of The Goa

Medical Council Act, 1991 and Rules, 1995 is

exhibited on the Notice Board of Council Office

and is available for perusal. Printed Copy of said

Form 13 is available for sale to public/R.M.P.s in

Council Office on payment of Rs.1,000/-.

Notice is also given that the list of names

removed from the register of medical practitioners

maintained in terms of clause (c) of Section 23 and

Rule 61 of The Goa Medical Council Act, 1991 and

Rules, 1995 is available at Council Office. The details

of such names removed can be confirmed by

individual defaulting medical practitioners from

Council Office on submission of request letter

accompanied by self-attested copy of photo identity.

All the defaulting medical practitioners whose

names are removed from the register of medical

practitioners are already advised of Council’s

decision through registered letter posted at their

last recorded address with Council.

A copy of the list of registered practitioners

referred to in sub-section (1) of Section 21 of The

Goa Medical Council Act, 1991 shall be evidence in

all Courts and in all judicial or quasi-judicial

proceedings, that the persons therein specified are

registered according to the provisions of The Goa

Medical Council Act, 1991 and the absence of the

name of any person from such copy shall be

evidence, until the contrary is proved, that such

person is not registered according to the provisions

of this Act. Provided that, in the case of any person

whose name does not appear in such copy, a

certified copy under the hand of the Registrar of

the entry of the name of such person on the register

shall be evidence that such person is registered

under the provisions of this Act.
