their first and only one nuptial, without any

prenuptial agreement and that the said Marcos

Alvaro De Sa died earlier on twenty eight day of

December of the year one thousand nine hundred

and seventy nine (18-12-1979) leaving behind his

seven children and after his death his legal

successors had been qualified as per the Deed of

Succession dated 28th November, 2007 drawn and

recorded in Book No. 694 at page 66 to 68 before

the older son of the couple namely Francisco
