In the Government Notification No. 38/1/

/2017-Fin(R&C)(09/2024-Rate)/26768 dated

the 9th October, 2024, published in the Official

Gazette, Extraordinary, Series I No. 28 dated

the 10th October, 2024, at page number 1233,

of the said Official Gazette, against serial

number 5AB, in the table, in column (2), the

words “any property” shall be read as “any

immovable property”. All other contents of

the said notification remains unchanged.
