And Whereas, in terms of sub-rule (1) of Rule 4 of the Goa Town and Country Planning (Change of

zone of land in the Regional Plan or the Outline Development Plan) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to

as the “said Rules”), the Town and Country Planning Department, after scrutinizing the said proposals,

had placed such proposals along with it’s scrutiny reports before the Goa Town and Country Planning

Board for its recommendation/approval/decision;

And Whereas, the Goa Town and Country Planning Board in it’s 203rd meeting held on 10-07-2024

and 204th meeting held on 29-07-2024 has approved the said proposals as specified in above table.

Now, therefore, as required by sub-rule (2) of Rule 4 of the said Rules, a notice is hereby given to

the public that the Goa Town and Country Planning Board in it’s 203rd meeting held on 10-07-2024 and

204th meeting held on 29-07-2024 has approved the said proposals for change of zones in the Regional

Plan for Goa-2021, the Outline Development Plan of Calangute-Candolim Planning Area-2025 and Outline

Development Plan of Parra-Arpora-Nagoa Planning Area-2030, in respect of the plots of land as specified

in above table, which were placed before it under sub-rule (1) of Rule 4 of the said Rules and suggestions

are hereby invited from the public within a period of thirty days from the date of publication to this

Notification in the Official Gazette. Copies of the map and notes containing the proposed changes are

available for the purpose of inspection in the Regional Plan Cell, Office of Tiswadi Taluka, Town and

Country Planning Department, Kamat Tower, 5th Floor, Patto, Panaji-Goa.

Suggestions, if any, to the said proposals as recommended by the Goa Town and Country Planning

Board may be forwarded to the Chief Town Planner (Planning), 2nd Floor, Dempo Tower, Patto Plaza, Panaji-

Goa, before the expiry of the said period of thirty days, so that the said proposals alongwith suggestions,

if any received, can be placed before the Goa Town and Country Planning Board for it’s recommendation/

/approval/decision in terms of sub-rule (3) of Rule 4 of the said Rules.

Affidavit-cum-Indemnity Bond

42. I, the undersigned Shri Bhanudas Kashinath

Gad, son of Shri Kashinath Gad, of major in age,

Indian National, residing at H. No. 638/2, situated

at Thapanwada, Cumbarjua, Tiswadi Taluka, Goa,

do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as

under:-

1. I say that in my Share Certificate bearing Reg.

Folio No. SGL103277 & bearing Certificate

No. 834585, issue to me from Sesa Goa Limited

at Patto, Panjim-Goa, my name is wrongly

recorded as Bhanudas Gaad instead of Bhanudas

Kashinath Gad (which is my correct name),

which correct name appears in my Aadhar card,

PAN card and the said error is required to be

corrected in order to avoid inconveniences

being caused to me. My correct name appears

in my Aadhar card & PAN card. Details of

corrections to be effected in my Share Certificate

are as given below:-

2. I, therefore, desirous to effect correction in my

Share Certificate Registration as aforesaid to

rectify the said mistake, accordingly necessary

application is being submitted to the “Sesa Goa

Limited at Patto, Panjim-Goa” (hereinafter for

the sake of brevity is referred to as “The Said

Company”) and the present Affidavit-cum-

-Indemnity Bond is being sworn by me to support

the said application.

3. I further declare that in consideration of the

said Company, having agreed to comply with

my request to correct the above referred Name,

I bind myself, my heirs, executors, administrators

and assigns, to indemnify and keep indemnified

and agree to indemnify and compensate the

said Company, from all or any claims, demands,

litigation, liabilities, claims, actions or damages

whatsoever that may any time arise or be made

or raised by any person whomsoever in respect

of the said correction in my Share Certificate

records and further agree and undertake to pay

and compensate said Company for all the

amounts whatsoever which the said Company

may have to bear or suffer or incur in respect

of any such objections, claims or defending

such claims, demands, litigations etc.

5. I say that whatever stated hereinabove is true

to my own knowledge and nothing has been

concealed or misrepresented.

43. By this Deed I, the undersigned Vina Pratap

Naik (new name) now lately called Veena B.

Shirodkar (former name) employed as GPST

(Designation of the post held at the time by the

Government servant) at GPS Kasailye, Usgao, Ponda,

against vacant post (place where employed in the

Ministry/Department of the Government of India)

do hereby:-

1. Wholly renounce, relinquish and abandon the

use of my former name of Veena B. Shirodkar

and in place thereof do assume from the date

thereof the name of Vina Pratap Naik and so that

I may hereafter be called, known and

distinguished not by my former name of Veena

B. Shirodkar but by my assumed name of Vina

Pratap Naik.

2. For the purpose of evidencing such my

determination declare that I shall at all times

hereafter in all records, deeds and writings and

in all proceedings, dealings and transactions

private as well as public and upon all occasions

whatsoever use and sign the name of Vina

Pratap Naik as my name in place of and in

substitution for my former name of Veena B.

Shirodkar.

3. Expressly authorize and request all persons at

all times hereafter to designate and address me

by such assumed name of Vina Pratap Naik

accordingly.
