part further state that the said Maria Etelvina

Panjim-Goa) and were married to each other in their
first and only nuptial without any prenuptial
agreement and under the regime of general
communion of assets leaving behind their sole and

Pedro Truman do Rosario Costa Silva, (2) Marwin
Francisco de Jesus Lopes, age 62 years, married to
Sharmila Maria Assunta Souza, (3) Wilma Maria
Caldeira Lopes, age 57 years, married to Fransico
Selwyn de Sequeira Sousa. That they the parties of
the first part have full knowledge of the above facts.
That therefore the party of the first part, by this
deed declare, confirm and affirm for all legal
purposes, that the said persons (1) Diana Maria de
Jesus Lopes married to Pedro Truman do Rosario
Costa Silva, (2) Marwin Francisco de Jesus Lopes
married to Sharmila Maria Assunta Souza and (3)
Wilma Maria Caldeira Lopes married to Francisco
Selwyn de Sequeira Sousa and besides that there
does not exist any other person or persons who
according to the prevailing law in force in the State
of Goa may have a legal right of succession or would
prefer in the said succession or would concur to
the inheritance left behind by said deceased
persons.

Viegas which is recorded on my Birth certificate,
Aadhaar card and Election card.
2. I say that I am also known as the following

(i) Margaret Fernandes.
(ii) Margarida Fernandes.
3. I say that my aforesaid names are recorded in
my property papers, bank records and on my
Share certificate.
4. I say that (i) Margaret Fernandes, (ii) Margarida
Fernandes and Margarida Perpetua Luisa Viegas
is one and the same person i.e. myself.
