In pursuance to the Guidelines on Postal Ballot paper issued vide No. 52/20123/SDR/Vol.IV dated
31-10-2023 by the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, the Absentee voters under AVSC (Above 85
years of age) and AVPWD (person with disabilities) have been given the facility of voting through postal
ballot paper which will be carried out by polling teams appointed for the purpose who will visit the given
addresses of the absentee voters of AVSC and AVPWD to facilitate voting through postal ballot paper to
such Electors.
Now therefore, I, Akshay Potekar, Assistant Returning Officer for 38 Sanvordem AC comprising within
02 South Goa Parliamentary Constituency, hereby notify the schedule of visit by polling teams to the given
addresses of the absentee voters (AVSC and AVPWD) as below:
