In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa

Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of the Lotteries

(Regulation) Rules, 2010 and Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897, the

Government of Goa hereby rescinds the following Government Notification

w.e.f. 10-01-2025 onwards, namely:—

1. 1-174-2021-22/DSSL/Part-IV/25803 dated 25th June, 2024, published

in Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 3, Series I No. 12 dated 26th June,

2024.
