advising all those registered medical practitioners
whose registrations were overdue for renewal as
on 31-12-2024, to renew the same within thirty days
from date of publication of notice.
A final notice is now hereby given to all those
registered medical practitioners whose registrations
are still overdue for renewal as on 31-12-2024, to
renew the same within forty five days from date of
this notice by submitting duly filed Form 10 along
with proof of having completed required Continuous
Medical Education (CME) credits, an affidavit sworn
before a notary as per draft available in Council
Office and payment of applicable fees including
late fee.
Failure to renew overdue licences by all these
practitioners within time period as stated above
will result in removal of their names from register
