Joint Secretary, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Parliament House, New Delhi and Shri Vijay Kumar, Director, Rajya
Sabha Secretariat, Parliament House, New Delhi to be the Assistant Returning Officers to assist the Returning
Officer for the Vice-Presidential Election, 2025 in discharge of his official functions.
