Read: Government Notification No. 1/4/2022-GAD-II (Part-II)/3696 dated 27/08/2025,

published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 5, Series II No. 21 dated

27/08/2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 4 of the Business of the Government of Goa (Allocation)

Rules, 1987 and all the powers enabling him in that behalf, the Governor of Goa, in consultation with the

Chief Minister, hereby allocates the business of the Government of Goa in respect of the subject,

‘Legislative Affairs’ to the Minister, Shri Mauvin Godinho, specified at serial number III in the

Government Notification No. 1/4/2022-GAD-II(Part-II)/3696 dated 27/08/2025, published in the Official

Gazette, Extraordinary No. 5, Series II No. 21 dated 27/08/2025.

This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
