Sub.:- Delegation of powers conferred upon Commissioner under the first proviso to sub-rule (1) of

Rule 23 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (1) of Rule 23 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax

Rules, 2017 read with Section 30 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act No. 4 of 2017), I,

the undersigned Commissioner of State Tax, Goa do hereby delegate the powers conferred upon the

Commissioner under the said Rule 23 to the Additional Commissioner of State Tax (HQ).
