And whereas, in terms of sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Goa Town and Country Planning (Change of zone
of land in the Regional Plan or the Outline Development Plan) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the
“said Rules”), the Town and Country Planning Department, after scrutinizing the said Proposals, had placed
such proposals alongwith it’s scrutiny reports before the Goa Town and Country Planning Board for its
recommendation/approval/decision;
And whereas, the Goa Town and Country Planning Board in it’s 219th Meeting held on 30-09-2025, 215th
Meeting held on 04-06-2025, 209th meeting held on 12-12-2024, 214th Meeting held on 24-04-2025 has
approved the said proposals as specified in above table;
Now, therefore, as required by sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the said Rules, a notice is hereby given to the
public that the Goa Town and Country Planning Board in it’s 219th Meeting held on 30-09-2025, 215th
Meeting held on 04-06-2025, 209th meeting held on 12-12-2024, 214th Meeting held on 24-04-2025 has
approved the said proposals for change of zones, in respect of the plots of land as specified in above table,
which were placed before it under sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the said Rules and suggestions are hereby invited
from the public within a period of thirty days from the date of publication to this Notification in the Official
Gazette.
All the proposals as specified in the above table are available for the purpose of inspection in the Regional
Plan Cell, Office of Tiswadi Taluka, Town and Country Planning Department, Kamat Tower, 5th Floor, Patto,
Panaji-Goa.
Suggestions, if any, to the said proposals as approved by the Goa Town and Country Planning Board may
be forwarded to the Chief Town Planner (Planning), 2nd Floor, Dempo Tower, Patto Plaza, Panaji-Goa,
before the expiry of the said period of thirty days, so that the said proposals alongwith suggestions, if any
received, can be placed before the Goa Town and Country Planning Board for its recommendation/approval/
/decision in terms of sub-rule (3) of rule 4 of the said Rules.

on the Chorla Ghat.

Whereas, the Deputy Collector & SDM-I, Margao, Salcete-Goa and the Deputy Superintendent of Police
(Traffic), South Goa, Margao, have submitted a list of abandoned/unclaimed vehicles lying for a long period
in the jurisdiction of the Traffic Cell, Fatorda area, Salcete-Goa;
And whereas, the said vehicles are breeding grounds for mosquitoes which causes rise in the vector borne
diseases and thereby poses to health hazard to the general public;
And whereas, the aforementioned abandoned vehicles within the jurisdiction of Margao are causing
obstruction, inconvenience and potential hazards to the public;
And whereas, such abandoned vehicles are likely to cause a nuisance, pose a risk to public safety and
may lead to criminal activities or be used for unlawful purposes;
Now, therefore, I, Egna Cleetus, IAS, District Magistrate, South Goa District, in exercise of the powers
vested in me under Section 26 of the Indian Police Act, 1861, hereby call upon all the persons claiming
interest in the said vehicles to submit their claims (if any), alongwith the documentary evidence, to the Office
of the Deputy Collector & Sub Divisional Magistrate-I, Margao-Goa, within a period of 06 (six) months from
the date of publication of this proclamation.
If no objections/claims are received within the stipulated period, the vehicles shall be forfeited in favour
of the State Government and shall be disposed of through public auction as provided under law or through
such mode as approved by this office and no further claims will be entertained from any one thereafter and
the proceeds shall be forfeited to the Government.

is allowed with no costs.

1. I say that in my Aadhaar card No. xxxx xxxx xxxx, my maiden name is written as Sulaksha Suryakant
Kudnekar.
2. I say that I am married to Mr. Vijay Pilankar & my marriage was solemnized on 25-06-2009 and on
my Marriage certificate my name before marriage is recorded as Sulaksha Suryakant Kudnekar.
3. However, after my marriage my name is changed to Vijayta Vijay Pilankar which is reflected in my
Marriage certificate bearing entry No. 868/2009.
4. I say that the names, Sulaksha Suryakant Kudnekar and Vijayta Vijay Pilankar are one and the same
& I am known by these names & all these names relate to me.
5. I say that I wish to change my name on my Aadhaar card from Sulaksha Suryakant Kudnekar to
Vijayta Vijay Pilankar.
6. I say that this Affidavit is sworn for publication in Official Gazette for the purpose of producing in
UIDAI office for correction of name and address in my Aadhaar card.
Whatever stated above is true to the best of my knowledge & belief.

4. I say that I intend to make necessary corrections on my Aadhar card by putting my name as “Muskan
Ejaz Ahmed Beleri” instead of “Muskan Hajratsab Koppad”.
5. I say that I am one and same person known by these names i.e. “Muskan Ejaz Ahmed Beleri” instead
of “Muskan Hajratsab Koppad alias Muskan Koppad”.
6. I say that this Affidavit is sworn by me in order to produce the same before the Government Printing
Press, Panaji-Goa to publish in the Official Gazette for the change of name on my Aadhar card from
“Muskan Hajratsab Koppad” to “Muskan Ejaz Ahmed Beleri”.
