Notification

Read:

1. No. D.Tpt/EST/2567/2024/1019 dated 17-Apr-2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to rule 81 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules,

1989 and in supersession of the Notification No. D.Tpt/EST/2567/2024/473 dated 21-02-2025, published

in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 48 dated 27-02-2025, the Government of Goa hereby directs that,

additional fee for delay after expiry of certificate of fitness, in respect of (a) Motorcycle (b) Three wheeled

or quadricycle (c) Light motor vehicle (d) Medium goods or passenger motor vehicle (e) Heavy Goods or

Passenger Motor Vehicle, as specified against entry at Serial No. 11-A of the Table in rule 81 of the said

Rules, shall not be levied exceeding one thousand rupees upto­ 31-05-2025.

This Notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

This issues with the approval of the Government.
