Notification

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 121 of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and Rule 5

of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Menino D'Souza, IAS

(Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, Panaji-Goa, hereby notify that the Electoral

Roll of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of Representation of People Act, 1950

(Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2025 (as the qualifying date) and

published on 6^th January, 2025 (Basic Roll of Special Summary Revision 2025 published on 29-10-2024

integrated with Additions, Deletions and Modifications carried out during Special Summary Revision

2025) and List of Addition, Deletion and Correction carried out during continuous updation till 1^st October,

2025 i.e. Supplement 2, Supplement 3 and Supplement 4 for such Constituencies of the Assembly or any

part thereof as is included in the area within the jurisdiction of the Constituency of the Zilla Panchayat

shall be adopted for the purpose of preparation of Electoral Roll for holding General Elections to 25

Constituencies of North Goa Zilla Panchayat and 25 Constituencies of South Goa Zilla Panchayat as per

the following delimitation Notification.

2. No. 4/56/Delimitation/ZP/2025/SEC/183 dated 24-10-2025.
