The following order of the Governor of Goa dated 28^th January, 2026 is hereby published for general

information:

“ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-clause (a) of Clause (2) of Article 174 of the

Constitution of India, I, Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Governor of Goa, on this 28^th day of January,

2026, hereby prorogue the Legislative Assembly of Goa, which was adjourned sine die on 16^th January,

2026 after its Twelfth Session, of the Eighth Legislative Assembly.
