Order

In exercise of the powers vested in me under Section 13 of the City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002

amended from time to time, I, Menino D'Souza, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner, State Election Commission,

Goa hereby notify that the Electoral Roll of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of

Representation of People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January,

2025 (as the qualifying date) and published on 6th January, 2025 (Basic Roll of Special Summary Revision

2025 published on 29-10-2024 integrated with Additions, Deletions and Modifications carried out during

Special Summary Revision 2025) and List of Addition, Deletion and Correction carried out during

continuous updation till 1st October, 2025 i.e. Supplement 2, Supplement 3 and Supplement 4 for such

constituency of the Assembly or any part thereof as is included in the area within the jurisdiction of

Corporation area, shall be divided and authenticated by the Deputy Collector & SDM of Tiswadi Taluka

into different sections corresponding to thirty different wards in the City Corporation of Panaji to be fixed

under sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002 as per the Notification No.

10/988/2025-DMA/Election/3750 dated 02-02-2026.
