Notification
In exercise of the powers vested in me under sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the City of Panaji
Corporation Act, 2002, I Menino D'Souza, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner, State Election Commission, Goa
hereby determine that seats shall be reserved for persons belonging to the category of Scheduled Tribes
(ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Women in different wards of Corporation of the City of Panaji
as notified by the Department of Urban Development, Government of Goa vide Notification No.
10/988/2025-DMA/Election/3750 Dated 02-02-2026 for the purpose of ensuing ward-elections to elect the
Councilors of the said Corporation as per the details specified in the Annexure hereto:
