Notification

Read:- Notification No. DMG/MMDR/DMF/01/2015 dated 30-04-2015 published in the Extra-

ordinary Gazette, Series II No. 5 dated 05-05-2015.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 9B of the Mines and Minerals

(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and in partial modification of the Notification read above, the

Government of Goa hereby redesignates the “South Goa District Mineral Foundation” as “Kushavati

District Mineral Foundation”.

This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
