Notification
No. 429/GOA/2025(A) : In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 23 and sub-rule
(1)(c) of Rule 27 of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960 and in pursuance of the provisions of Clause
(a) of Section 24 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, the Election Commission, in supersession
of its previous Notification No. 429/GOA/2010(A) dated 3rd August, 2010 regarding designation of
Appellate Officer, hereby designates the Officers mentioned in column (2) against each of the districts
mentioned in column (1) of the table below in the State of Goa to be the Appellate Officer for the area of
jurisdiction shown against them in column (3) to whom an appeal shall lie, from any decision, under Rule
20, Rule 21 or Rule 21 A of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960 and Section 22, Section 23 of the
2-1-2024/ELEC/369

अधिसूचना
सं. 429/गोवा/2025(ए): निर्वाचकों का रजिस्ट्रीीकरण नियम, 1960 के नियम 23 के उप-नियम (1) और नियम 27
के उप-नियम (1)(ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 24 के
खण्ड (क) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, निर्वाचन आयोग, अपीली अधिकारी के पदनाम के संबंध में पूर्व में निर्गत अपनी
अधिसूचना सं. 429/गोवा/2010(ए), दिनांक 3 अगस्त, 2010 के अधिक्रमण में एतद्द््वारा नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तंभ
(1) में उल्लिखित जिलों में से प्रत्येक के सामने स्तंभ (2) में उल्लिखित गोवा राज्य के अधिकारियों को स्तंभ (3) में उनके
सामने दर्शाए गए क्षेत्राधिकार के लिए ऐसे अपीली अधिकारी के रूप में नामोद्दिष्ट करते हैं जिनके समक्ष जिले के भीतर
समाहित विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रोंों में से प्रत्येक के रजिस्ट्रीीकरण अधिकारी के निर्वाचकों का रजिस्ट्रीीकरण नियम,
1960 के नियम 20, नियम 21 या नियम 21क और लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 22, धारा 23 के
अंतर्गत किसी निर्णय के विरुद्ध अपील की जाएगी :-

No. 508/GOA/2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13AA of the
Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) and in supersession of its previous notification No.
508/GOA/2008 dated 11th June, 2008 regarding designation of District Election Officer, the Election
Commission, in consultation with the State Government, hereby designates for each District in the State of
Goa, as specified in column (1) of the Table below, the officer specified against it in column (2) thereof, as
the District Election Officer for that District and specifies the area in respect of which each such officer
shall exercise jurisdiction, in column (3) of the table:-

प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी के पदनाम के संबंध में अपनी पूर्वर्ती अधिसूचना
सं. 508/गोवा/2008, दिनांक 11 जून, 2008 के अधिक्रमण में, निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द््वारा, राज्य सरकार से परामर्श
करके नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तंभ (1) में यथा-विनिर्दिष्ट गोवा राज्य में प्रत्येक जिले के लिए इस तालिका के स्तंभ (2)
में विनिर्दिष्ट अधिकारी को उस जिले के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में पदाभिहित करता है और तालिका के स्तंभ
(3) में उस क्षेत्र को विनिर्दिष्ट करता है जहां प्रत्येक ऐसा अधिकारी अपने कत्राधिकार का प्रयोग कर सकेगा:-
