Government of Goa expresses profound sorrow on the sad demise of Smt. Jennifer Monserrate, Hon’ble

Member of Goa Legislative Assembly, representing Taleigao Assembly Constituency, on 19/07/2026.

As a mark of respect to the departed soul, two days State Mourning will be observed throughout the

State of Goa from 19/07/2026 to 20/07/2026, both days inclusive.

During the period of State Mourning, the National Flag will be flown at Half Mast throughout the State

on all the buildings where it is flown regularly and there will be no official entertainment.
