young trainees to become victim to disrupt their career and personal lives. Youth remains in nervous state
of mind, confused mind, depression, mental stress due to hectic lifestyles, tough deadlines, multitasking,
rat race, cut-throat competition which makes the youth unstable. They even lack confidence to face the life
and make proper career.
The diverse socio-economic and cultural levels of the trainees and the increased expectations from
parents for achieving higher academic grading plays havoc with the young minds more so with the
vulnerable sections of the society thereby falling prey to addictions of alcohol, tobacco and at times
gambling. The fear of failure also makes the mind lose self-confidence and leads to psychological
