In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-clause (a) of Clause (2) of Article 174 of the

Constitution of India, I, Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Governor of Goa, on this 24^th day of September,

2026, hereby prorogue the Legislative Assembly of Goa, which was adjourned sine die on 03^rd September,

2026 at 12.03 a.m. after its Fourteenth Session, of the Eighth Legislative Assembly.
