Notification

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 20 of the Goa Town and

Country Planning Act, 1974 (Act 21 of 1975), read with Rule 3 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Town and

Country Planning (Planning and Development Authorities) Rules, 1977 and in supersession of the

Government Notification No. 36/1/443/2022/2098 dated 24/08/2022, published in the Official Gazette,

Series II No. 21 dated 25/08/2022 and in consultation with the Goa Town and Country Planning Board, the

Government of Goa hereby re-constitutes in respect of (i) Panaji Planning Area declared as such vide the

Government Notification No. 36/1/TCP/478/2022/164 dated 13/12/2023, published in the Official Gazette,

Extraordinary No. 2, Series I No. 41 dated 13/01/2023 and (ii) Taleigao Planning Area declared as such

vide the Government Notification No. 28/10/TCP/2018/203 dated 31/01/2018, published in the Official

Gazette, Series I No. 44 dated 01/02/2018, (iii) Bambolim Planning Area declared as such vide the

Government Notification No. 28/10/TCP/2018/163 dated 24/01/2018, published in Official Gazette, Series

III No. 43 dated 25/01/2018 read with the Government Notification No. 28/10/TCP/2017-18/1824 dated

03/09/2018, published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 23 dated 06/09/2018, (iv) Mapusa Planning

Area declared as such vide the Government Notification No. 4-5-2-84-UDD/Pt/TCP/2012-15/4928 dated

09/12/2015, published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 38 dated 17/12/2015, an authority to be called

the North Goa Planning and Development Authority consisting of the following members, namely:-
