No-4 (N) gath-06/2008 -6053 --In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 read
with section-4 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11,2007) the Governor of
Bihar desires to publish the following draft order, which is published for the information
of those who are likely to be affected by it and notice is hereby given that the said draft
would be considered for final publication within a month from the publication of this
notification.
