No-4 (N) Gath. 05/2008-128—In exercise of powers conferred by section 6 of the

Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act 11, 2007) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to

constitute the following Nagar Panchayats, draft of which is previously published through

the department's notification no. 5065 dated 24.09.08, after duly considering and

regecting the recevied objections, for the purpose of the said Act in the areas lying within

the places noted below in schedule 'A' in the Districts of Begusarai and bounded as

follows and to apply to the said areas the relevant provisions of the Act:-
