No. 419 (Rules) —In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of Article 229 of the
Constitution of India, the Hon’ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Patna
makes the following amendments in ‘The High Court Officers and Staff (Condition of Service
and Conduct) Rules, 1997’:-
1.
These Rules shall be called `The High Court Officers and Staff (Condition of
Service and Conduct) Rules, 1997, 8th Amendment Rules, 2008.
2.
The amendment shall come into force with immediate effect.
